Do not apply aspirin to the skin, it really may produce more harm than excellent.
Aspirin when taken orally is converted by the liver into salicyclic acid. Aspirin is a different chemical than salicyclic acid. Aspirin when applied to the skin is ineffective for acne or for arthritis. For acne, use one of the many over-the-counter products containing salicylic acid for acne, either in a cream form or a wash. i kinda do lol, ive never really had acne, i never get spots or whatever thing… i dont use much creams on my face either, just plenty of water, and cardio exercise because i stronlgy believe the more blood pumps around the more it will fresehn your skin up, its like if you do yoga for a long time, which i have been it really helps you in so many ways, it has so many benefits with it, if you’ve neva tried yoga definately look into it, its so cool.

ive been drinking water a lot over the past month, everytime my glassis empty, like right with i end a glass of water i go and get some more and ive noticed my skin is getting shiny sort of, like sterile and original and shiny, it looks nice and healthy. I do a lot of cardio exercise too so it could be all the blood flowing around which is meant to be excellent for skin too.

yes it really can try eating healthier and drinking a lot of water and lower dairy b/c that provokes acne a lot and dont over do vitamin e b/c i did and some how i became allergic to it lol
