Use Queen Helena Mint Julep Mud Mask or Nu-Skin Glacial Marine “Epoch” Mud Mask. It’s the closest thing to a cure for acne. Also, just get a excellent soap with it too, but NOT just by itself.(Neutrogena) Drink a 1/2 gallon-1 gallon of water all day everyday. NO Greasy Hamburgers or “Milk” Chocolate. Always wash with soapy water around your mouth with eating!

Huh? Stress only has so much to do with acne. Most moderate to SEVERE acne is produce by more than stress. Its more like some public are geneticly prone to it than others. Cystic and nodular acne are the worst because it starts so far UNDER the skin that no amount of washing or hygiene can help and it has to be taken care of medically. Some dermatologists run into that one patient that they cannot do whatever thing for because Accutane and lasering won’t even cut it for that particular patient.

i’ve wanted to have this done since freshman year screwed my skin up.. I’ve tried all kinds of at home dermabrasions but they’ve only slightly improved. I use retinol and take extremely excellent care of my skin but they just wont go away. I wonder how expensive it is. I just want to wake up one day and not have to wear makeup.
