HONEY for acne and pimples!
i love trying natural skincare treatments, especially stuff i can find in my kitchen. honey is amazing! i meant to add that i also make my own exfoliating scrub. so if you are actually reading the description, you’re in luck! here’s the recipe: 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. ground oats (i pulse for a few seconds in a blender) 1-2 tbsp. honey 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. olive oil

Use Queen Helena Mint Julep Mud Mask or Nu-Skin Glacial Marine “Epoch” Mud Mask. It’s the closest thing to a cure for acne. Also, just get a good soap with it too, but NOT just by itself.(Neutrogena) Drink a 1/2 gallon-1 gallon of water all day everyday. NO Greasy Hamburgers or “Milk” Chocolate. Always wash with soapy water around your mouth after eating!

It’s actually a great scalp cleanser too, mix it with rosemary tea and olive oil, heat it and mix…it’s works three ways…removes dead skin on scalp, rosemary stimulates follicles, and the olive oil moisturizes and makes the hair soft…google it, it’s perfect!

Im not sure if n e body anzwerd u on the honey part.
u put it on and let it sit for 10 mins or so.
Thn u rise it off with water [not too warm, not too cold] and pat dry.

one needs to consult endocrinologist to check if the acnes are because of multiple ovarian cyst. If this is so, any superficial treatment won’t work. You will have to take medicine for a long time. Alternatively, homeopathy has some treatment which cures MOC in 6 months.
